
Bear's Dinner Club
In the fall of 2004 a friend was looking for something to do
while he was off from work for a few days.
I suggested we go to the local market together to
pick something cheap and easy to cook. That was the beginning of
my Wednesday night dinner club. We started with just 3 of us, but included
many others on different occasions. We recently switched to
having them mostly on the weekend.
The concept is simple, buy fresh ingredients and make an
inexpensive meal from scratch. We strive to make unique dishes every week.
